Americans are exposed to 200 or more different species of mold every day. Many of them are harmless, but some are not. When toxic mold grows, it contaminates the air quality in our homes, which can affect our health and damage buildings.

A visual mold inspection is part of every home inspection I do, but I also offer standalone mold inspections.  In addition to a visual inspection, I offer indoor air quality testing and swab testing using the latest technology.  I will then provide a detailed inspection report and lab report of the mold test findings.
